Requirements & Operation Mode

Educational Qualification : Secondary Level & Above
Technical Qualification : Windows, MS Office (Excel is mandatory), Internet etc
Languages : English (Must Speak, Read & Write)
Experience : Both experienced or Fresh is ok (Noon.com will provide training)
Age Limit : Below 35 Years
Skills : Need good Communication Skills & Accuracy on Numbers, Accountability etc
License : Valid Saudi Driving License
The operation mode will be as follows,

1. ARF will have real time order visibility on noon.com app
2. Each orders will be received thru noon.com supplier app 24x7 (based on consumers request).
3. Cut off time for receiving the orders everyday will be at 10 PM and it will be delivered before 1 am to noon.com warehouse.
4. ARF need to work on order preparation as per the order visibility on app starting from 4 pm till cut off time @ 10 PM.
5. Any out of stock needs to be informed immediately and accordingly the sku status changed, so that there are no orders anticipated for that item in app.
6. ARF will have full access to control the item status and virtual stock quantity by item.
7. ARF must prepare the each order individually, need to pack individual orders using noon.com packing materials and QR code stickers.
8. Everyday orders should be delivered to noon warehouse between (11 pm to 1 am)
9. There is no pre-order system (as it is fresh) or forecast can be done and initially, we have to secure some stocks at Shurooq from all sku’s.
10. We should have a dedicated person to handle these orders at shurooq from 4 PM to 1 AM.
11. The assigned person will segregate & pack the orders and deliver to noon warehouse using Hiace van/truck before 1 am.
12. Noon.com will provide the barcodes, packing materials and shipment numbers etc.
