Looking for Female accountant /office Asst /Coordinator
Female Graduate/Bcom/Mcom with minimum 2 year experience
Very good knowledge of maintaining accounts ledger, Payable and receivables
Expert in product sourcing, Sending RFQ locally and internationally
Highly talented person in price negotiation and issue of Purchase Order for local and
international suppliers and follow up for delivery
Expert in verification of all payables and receivables amount and maintain proper records
Expert in controlling and verification of all Invoices and settlement of local and International Purchases
Strictly monitor and control of all misc and other expenses
Very good in preparing employee salary sheet every month and settlements of salary
Maintain employee proper records and their vacations and settlement, leaves/holidays etc
Excellent knowledge of Tally or any other Accounting software
Strong communication and correspondence skill
Very good in Computer and MS office
Capable to manage all accounts and related work independently and efficiently
