Must have good experience as a chef of Indian and Tandoor foods both veg & non veg in 3-4 star restaurants.
Should have ability and experience in:
1. Planning of menu items for the daily needs as per the demand of the customers.
2. Procurement of groceries and food items for the daily menu.
3. Thorough knowledge of ingredients for the menu items and their cooking procedures.
4. Supervising of cooks to avoid wastage in cooking
5. Monitoring the kitchen hygiene as per Dubai Health Department norms.
6. Managing the kitchen staffs as per the need on rush hours.
