Job Responsibilities

We are an multinational Geo-technical Construction Company that is need for an addition to our Team!

You must be:
- able to work under pressure
- knows basic HSEQ Policies and Procedures
- able to handle unpredictable circumstances on the field
- must be NEBOSH IGC holder
- able to start immediately (no notice period)

Job Purpose & Obectives:
- Ensure that all HSE Procedures/Policies & Plans are implemented and followed at all levels.

Tasks & Key Result Areas:
- Co-ordinate with client and Management to achieve desired safety standards.
- Investigation of Accident/Incident and Near Miss and suggesting remedial measures to the Management to prevent recurrence.
- Hazard analysis & Risk assessment of site activities and preparation of specific HSE Plan for the same.
- Planning and conducting of Emergency Exercise, Mock drills and evaluate its effectiveness
- Monitoring Work Permits and associated job safety plans
- Conduct HSE Internal Training programs
- Prepare the Monthly Internal and client-required HSE reports.
- Review the risk assessment periodically and take appropriate control measures, update the Risk register.
- Identify the Significant Environmental aspect and impacts and take the appropriate control measures.
- Conduct HSE Induction Training program for new employees.
- Understand and execute the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards in the company.
- Fully adhere to the company's QHSE Policy requirements throughout the duty-hours.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a HSE Management System and monitor compliance with the HSE management system.
