Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Representative to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wholesalers, and retailers.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
Work closely with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in textiles, fashion, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Bahrain driving license.
