Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Dragon Mart. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Mandarin) is a plus.
