Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:?7-8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Oracle HCM Modules:?Expertise in following Oracle HCM modules:
Core HR
Payroll
Talent Management
Compensation & Benefits
Performance Management
Business Acumen:?Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they map to Oracle HCM solutions.
Project Management:?Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
Stakeholder Management:?Ability to interact effectively with senior business leaders, HR departments, and cross-functional teams.
Problem Solving:?Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex functional issues.
Communication Skills:?Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications:?Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
Tools and Technologies:?Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion Applications, and tools like Oracle BI, OTBI, and Oracle Reporting is an advantage.
