Position : Quality Control Inspector
Job descriptions : Quality Control Inspector (Q.C.I.)
Should be familiar with various international standards e.g. ASTM, JIS etc.
Should be familiar with latest measuring instruments/gauges.
Should be familiar with Quality Assurance, Quality Control process and All Related Documentations.
Independently handle inspection activities at various stages of production.
Preparation of inspection reports.
Control of quality records.
Control of Non-conforming products.
Preparation of Non-conforming report.
Calibration of measuring instruments like Micrometers, Vernier calipers, measuring steel tapes etc.
Should be familiar with ISO: 9001:2015 and its Documentations
Able to take presentations such as Data analysis, Management Reviews, etc.
Familiar with Oracle application.
Able to perform Zinc coating & Mechanical test (Flattening, Bend etc.)
Minimum 2 years of experience in ERW pipe mill plant or related companies.
