Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair gaming consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.)

Fix and refurbish gaming controllers and accessories

Perform software updates, modding, and system setups

Keep track of repairs and parts inventory

Ensure high repair quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience with console and controller repairs (hardware & software)

Knowledge of soldering, diagnostics, and part replacement

Familiarity with modding tools or flashing software is a plus

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Passionate about video games and technology
