Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
Maintain and organize files and records.
Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders.
Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
Assist with inventory management and order processing.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Filipino Candidates preferred.


Salary range is within 200BD - 250BD, Based on experience.
