Key Responsibilities

β€’ Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business goals in the aviation environment

β€’ Advise C-level executives on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development

β€’ Lead organizational design and change management initiatives in response to evolving industry trends

πŸ‘©β€βœˆοΈ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

β€’ Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all aviation-specific functions including pilots, cabin crew, engineers, and support staff

β€’ Drive Emiratization and diversity initiatives in line with regulatory expectations

β€’ Forecast manpower needs and manage talent pipelines for operational readiness


πŸ“ˆ Performance Management & Employee Development

β€’ Implement KPI-driven performance management frameworks

β€’ Support leadership development, succession planning, and training programs tailored to aviation functions

β€’ Promote a learning culture that supports continuous improvement and compliance

πŸ“œ HR Compliance & Policy Governance

β€’ Ensure compliance with GCAA, ICAO, and UAE labor laws

β€’ Lead audits, regulatory inspections, and internal investigations related to HR practices

β€’ Maintain up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks aligned with local and international aviation standards

Required Qualifications

β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

β€’ HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) preferred
