Key Responsibilities
π« Strategic HR Leadership
β’ Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business goals in the aviation environment
β’ Advise C-level executives on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development
β’ Lead organizational design and change management initiatives in response to evolving industry trends
π©ββοΈ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
β’ Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all aviation-specific functions including pilots, cabin crew, engineers, and support staff
β’ Drive Emiratization and diversity initiatives in line with regulatory expectations
β’ Forecast manpower needs and manage talent pipelines for operational readiness
π Performance Management & Employee Development
β’ Implement KPI-driven performance management frameworks
β’ Support leadership development, succession planning, and training programs tailored to aviation functions
β’ Promote a learning culture that supports continuous improvement and compliance
π HR Compliance & Policy Governance
β’ Ensure compliance with GCAA, ICAO, and UAE labor laws
β’ Lead audits, regulatory inspections, and internal investigations related to HR practices
β’ Maintain up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks aligned with local and international aviation standards

β’ Design competitive C&B structures for aviation roles, including shift-based and risk allowances
β’ Lead annual compensation reviews and incentive programs
β’ Benchmark industry salary trends to retain top talent

Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
β’ HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) preferred
β’ Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
