🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front-of-house operations and service flow
Train, mentor, and manage waitstaff to ensure top-notch service
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
Address customer needs, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction
Manage table allocations and oversee reservations
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in dining areas
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies when needed
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience as Head Waiter or Senior Waiter (2+ years preferred)
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
