We are seeking a motivated and organized Secretary to join our team and support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
Assist with data entry and maintain filing systems.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
College diploma or equivalent; with at least 5 years working experience as a Secretary, additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
