About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer – Civil to drive business development for civil and architectural construction works. The role involves identifying new projects, managing client relationships, preparing tenders and quotations, and coordinating with technical teams to secure profitable contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop new business opportunities in civil, architectural, and infrastructure works
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Tendering & Estimation Coordination
Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Coordinate with estimation teams for pricing, costing, and value engineering
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals
Follow up on quotations, clarifications, and negotiations
Project & Contract Support
Participate in pre-bid meetings and technical discussions
Assist in scope finalization, exclusions, and contract award
Ensure smooth handover to project execution teams
Reporting & Market Analysis
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and sales reports
Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
3–7 years experience in construction sales or estimation
Strong knowledge of civil works, BOQs, drawings, and tendering process
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Valid Saudi driving license preferred
Preferred Experience
Experience in Saudi Arabia construction market
Knowledge of finishing works, waterproofing, flooring, landscaping, or infrastructure works
