LEADING CONTRACTING COMPANY in Bahrain is looking for an FINISHING CARPENTER
Salary 150 - 160 BD + Overtime
Duty Hours 8 Hours / 26 Days
Accommodation & Transportation provided by the company

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Installation: Setting up new plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures (sinks, toilets, tubs), and appliances like dishwashers and water heaters.
Maintenance & Repair: Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining existing pipework, fixing leaks, and unclogging drains to ensure proper functionality.
Compliance & Safety: Following local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and safety standards for all installations and repairs.
System Inspection & Testing: Reviewing, testing, and inspecting plumbing systems for leaks, pressure issues, or structural integrity.
Blueprint Analysis: Interpreting blueprints and building plans to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Project Collaboration: Working alongside other contractors (e.g., electricians, HVAC technicians) on new construction or renovation projects.
Customer Service: Communicating with clients to explain problems, providing cost estimates, and recommending solutions.
Documentation: Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs
