Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Prepare and process new hire documentation and onboarding materials

Support payroll processing and track employee attendance and leave records

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures

Coordinate training sessions, employee events, and performance review processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Generate HR reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Assist with benefits administration and coordinate with external providers

Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
