Job Responsibilities
Al Fajer private school in Bahrain is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary English Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons to elementary students
-Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
-Support students’ language development in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
-Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
-Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school activities
Requirements:
-Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
-A recognized teaching qualification or certification (any specialization), preferably a Bachelor's degree in Elementary or Secondary
-Education with a specialization in English language, TESL, TEFL, or TESOL.
-Proven experience teaching young learners (at least 3 years of experience)
-Strong communication and classroom management skills
-A genuine passion for working with children
-Local transfer is preferred
