Job Detail

Supervise transformer installation, assembly, and site preparation activities.
Perform transformer commissioning and energization procedures.
Conduct pre-commissioning inspections and verify equipment readiness.
Ensure proper connection of bushings, cooling systems, OLTC (On-Load Tap Changer), grounding, and protection systems.
Perform electrical testing of transformers, including:
Transformer Turns Ratio (TTR)
Insulation Resistance (IR)
Winding Resistance
Magnetic Balance
Vector Group Verification
Tan Delta / Power Factor Tests
Sweep Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA)
Oil BDV and DGA analysis
Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
Identify abnormalities and recommend corrective actions.
Carry Maintenance Activities
Bushings
Radiators
Conservators
Breathers
Cooling fans and pumps
