Job Responsibilities

Part-Time Accountant Wanted – Coffee Chain Outlets (Riyadh)
We are a coffee chain with 2 outlets in Riyadh, looking for a part-time accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations.
Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of Foodics Software is mandatory
Working knowledge of Zoho Books (accounting modules)
Solid background in accounting principles and bookkeeping
Candidates currently working or with experience in coffee shops or related F&B fields are strongly encouraged to apply
Must be based in Riyadh
Indian nationals preferred (Keralaites preferred)

Work Schedule:

Minimum 2 hour daily (remote)
Additional hours weekly as needed (remote)
One day per week at the office required — preferably Saturday (any day except Friday is acceptable)

Salary: SAR 1,000 – 1,500/month (based on experience)
Responsibilities:

Daily reconciliation of sales and accounts using Foodics Software
Managing accounting entries in Zoho Books
Weekly/monthly financial reporting for outlets
Coordinating with outlet staff on office day
Supporting inventory, cost, and cash reconciliation for coffee outlets
