Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to join our steel fabrication team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily workshop operations and workforce.
• Plan, assign, and monitor fabrication activities.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Ensure work is completed according to quality standards and project schedules.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and site teams.
• Maintain workshop safety and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor material usage, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare daily progress reports.
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a steel fabrication workshop.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and welding processes.
• Ability to read fabrication and structural drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of workshop planning and quality control.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
