WE'RE HIRING – SITE FOREMAN 🚨

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A reputed steel company based in Riyadh is seeking a qualified and Site Foreman to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct daily activities of construction workers and trades.

• Assign tasks and ensure crews understand work priorities and schedules.

• Monitor work progress to ensure projects stay on schedule.

• Ensure all work complies with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.

• Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe work practices.

• Coordinate with the Site Supervisor, Project Engineer.

• Inspect completed work and address quality issues promptly.

• Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste.

• Report daily progress, manpower, equipment usage, and site issues.

• Resolve minor on-site problems and escalate major issues to management.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or technical/vocational qualification in construction or a related trade.

• Trade certification.

• 5–10 years of construction experience, including at least 2–3 years in a foreman or team leader role.

• Experience supervising crews on commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
