Job Responsibilities

WE'RE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR 🚨

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A reputed steel company based in Riyadh is seeking a qualified and Site Supervisor to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.

• Ensure work is carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Monitor the performance of subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators.

• Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential safety hazards.

• Maintain quality control by inspecting workmanship and materials.

• Track project progress and prepare daily or weekly site reports.

• Manage material deliveries and ensure proper storage and inventory.

• Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and technical challenges promptly.

• Ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.

• Assist in planning work schedules and allocating resources.

• Verify that work complies with local building codes and company standards.

• Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance records, inspection reports, and permits.

Requirements:

• Diploma

• Relevant technical certification may be accepted depending on experience.

• 3–7 years of construction site supervision experience (depending on project complexity).

• Experience managing contractors and construction crews.
