Job Description
Position: Operations Supervisor
Location: Bahrain (Local )
Gender: Male
Nationality: Any Nationality
Salary: BHD 500–800 (based on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily fleet operations.
* Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and driver performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
* Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime.
* Manage fleet records, fuel consumption, and operational reports.
* Respond promptly to operational issues and implement effective solutions.
* Work closely with management to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs.
* Supervise drivers and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in fleet operations, logistics, or transportation supervision.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Good knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Valid Bahrain driving licence is preferred
