Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage (P&D) works across multiple MEP projects, ensuring that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage works from commencement to project completion.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day site activities.
Review project drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Ensure works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority requirements.
Prepare work schedules, progress reports, material requests, and site documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned schedule.
Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Coordinate material procurement and verify quantities.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) requirements.
Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP projects, preferably in Bahrain or GCC.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage systems.
Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and project coordination.
Good understanding of local authority requirements and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Valid Bahrain Driving License is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of project planning and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
