Responsibilities:

Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.
Inspect scaffolding components before and during use.
Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, stable, and suitable for the work.
Follow approved drawings, instructions, and safety procedures.
Handle scaffolding materials and equipment safely.
Work closely with supervisors and construction teams.
Maintain proper housekeeping around the work area.
Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions immediately.
