**🛒 Hiring: Hypermarket Supervisor – Dubai**

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Hypermarket Supervisor** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management skills, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to ensure smooth daily hypermarket operations.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Supervise daily operations of hypermarket sections and staff
* Manage and guide sales assistants, cashiers, shelf stockers, and helpers
* Ensure shelves are properly stocked and products are displayed correctly
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
* Handle customer concerns and provide excellent service
* Prepare sales reports and monitor daily performance
* Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
* Train and support team members to improve performance

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as a Hypermarket Supervisor, Retail Supervisor, or Store Supervisor is preferred
* Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
* Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
* Immediate joiners preferred
