Job Responsibilities
Description
A leading company is looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, supervise security personnel, and maintain a safe and secure environment across the assigned premises.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards.
Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and staff assignments.
Monitor access control, visitor entry, and security procedures.
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.
Ensure all security guards follow company policies and site procedures.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
Prepare and maintain accurate incident, occurrence, and daily security reports.
Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when required.
Monitor CCTV and other security systems where applicable.
Conduct security briefings and toolbox meetings for assigned personnel.
Ensure proper handover between shifts.
