POSITION: SYSTEM SUPPORT ENGINEER
VACANCIES: 1 
JOB LOCATIONS: JIZAN 

Total Salary Package - 4000 - 4500 SAR 


We are currently seeking to hire System engineers for Al-Blagha branch JIZAN. The candidate must have minimum 2-3 years’ experience with relevant certification. Some of the high level requirements are below which may differ from actual work description. 

High level Job Description 

1. installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure; 
2. managing email, anti-spam and virus protection; 
3. setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords; 
4. support day to day inquiries from end-users; 
5. analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password; 
6. undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet; 
7. providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence; 
8. supervising other staff, such as help-desk technicians; 
9. working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff; 
10. planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work; 
11. managing the website and keeping internal networks running; 
12. monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; 
13. talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues; 
14. troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults; 
15. replacing parts as required; 
16. providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; 
following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system; 
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: 

1. Bachelor degree or Diploma, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science. 
2. Minimum 2 years of similar experience with organization having similar capacity. 
3. Must be capable to setup LAN/WAN environment without assistance. 
4. Self-driven personality. 
5. Well-versed in latest Windows server platform and hardware technologies 

Candidate must have transferable Iqama
