Job Responsibilities

ESTIMATION ENGINEER/ QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED
Preparing tender prices from studying project�s drawings and designs and bills of quantities.
Cost Break Down for all electrical systems, and budget preparations.
Identify factors affecting costs, such as production time, materials, and labor.
Able to determine management reserve and make Project Risk Assessment.
Assess the cost impact of design and/or construction changes or slippage.
Conduct local market survey to add value to estimates.
