Provide technical design solutions for Access network for PMP/PTP/WiFi services in line with the business requirements.</span><br /> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">2. Develop High-level design covering coverage and capacity objectives validation, traffic models, propagation model, RF simulation, dimensioning of interfaces, etc...</span><br /> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">3. Evaluate the existing design and develop optimised design solutions for access network based on service/capacity requests.</span><br /> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">4. Evaluate the complaints / requests & detailed capacity or coverage studies from network optimization for PMP/PTP/WiFi site expansion, and provide design specification to meet the expansion requests.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><br /> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">5. Support the forecasting of long- and short-term Access Network link budget in accordance with technology roadmap and expansion demand.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><br /> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">6. Cooperate with and support the NW Operation team to achieve most efficient operation.</span><br /> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">7. Recognize and support the technical design efforts for upgrade to new NW Access solutions in terms of SW and new features.</span><br /> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">8. Work with vendors/consultants/contractors in network solution innovation and give technical assistance to other departments as regards the network plan and design to ensure adherence to quality parameters and standards.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><br /> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">9. Submit periodic reports on current status of access network design with the view to improve the infrastructure.</span><br /> <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">10.
