Job Responsibilities

We are looking for hard working Civil Site Engineers with strong technical knowledge and minimum five years' experience to carry out our site execution activities efficiently. Candidates matching the following criteria only must apply:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;
Liaising with any subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
Overseeing quality control matters on site;
Preparing reports as required;

Requirements
Strong local knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Familiarity with construction management software packages
Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with excellent academic record.
Minimum of Five years of onsite construction experience in buildings and steel structures.
Must have experience working for contractors ONLY.
Must have good interpersonal and problem solving skills for interaction with onsite workforce
Possess pleasing personality with good oral and written communication skills.
