Job Responsibilities

We have vacancy for Electro-Mechanical Technician

Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent, from an accredited university/college.
• Three Year experience in engineering discipline.
• Applicants should be fully qualified Electrical Engineers and previous experience of PLC Controlled equipment is essential together with mechanical knowledge and good working experience of heavy industrial plant and domestic machinery.
• Preferably to have been working on similar working field previously and more recently. 
• Monthly plan for maintenance the workshop machines.
• Weekly Reports.
• You will be responsible for carrying out fault diagnosis, repairs, planned maintenance and improvements for various of automated manufacturing plant equipment.
• You should be able to work on your own initiative and with minimum supervision.
• Some outside jobs require our engineers to work outside company.
• Coordinate or install, inspect repair and maintain the plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor construction work and other related systems in all departments and workshops locations eg:
 Air condition services.
 Air condition repairing.
 Painting.
 Exhaust cleaning.
 Lights changing.
 Switches repairing. 
 Switches fixing.
 Roof repairing.
 Water pumps and tanks repairing / Services.
 W/C repairing.
 Water valves repairing.
 Doors and doors lock repairing.
 Windows lock repairing.
 Wiring.
 Cabinet repairing.
 Minor construction work.
 Minor carpentry work.
• Perform preventive machines maintenance by Coordinating with maintenance supervisor.
• Perform break down maintenances: Production Machines and Equipments (eg. Grinder / Drill / Air Drill/ Compressor / Blower / Welding Machines) by coordinating with production manager as per the priorities.
• Apply annual calibration system for measurement tools, chain blocks.
• You will be responsible for carrying out fault diagnosis, repairs, planned maintenance and improvements for various machinery and equipments.
• Inspect, maintain and coordinate for the Preventative maintenance as per ISO requirements in all departments and workshops locations. 
• Coordinates and inspects major contract work on the electrical, mechanical and other related systems in all health department locations. 
• Transfers equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary. 
• General workshop duties.
• Inspect work for completeness. 
• Determine material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfers equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary. 
• Coordinate or install, inspect repair and maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all departments and workshops locations. 
• Coordinate renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities. 
• Coordinates and inspects major contract work on the electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, mechanical and other related systems in all department locations.
