Job Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for successfully managing sales opportunities and various promotions of the Company Solutions in construction building materials accessories.

KEY ACTIVITIES: 

1- Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values and responsible of Monthly Sales Value of BD 30,000 on Projects basis order varies from Tiles, Doors, Door handles and all its accessories, Sanitary wares, Faucets and Mixers, Kitchen Cabinets and similar accessories of the Brand to building materials accessories. 
2- Drive ATS brand product and service sales by effectively pursuing custom, email, and internet leads. 
3- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate support/project solution. 
4- Provide timely and accurate pricing/quote information to current and prospective customers. 
5- Enter customer orders/transactions in Internal Tracking System and confirm that price, discount level and product requirements are correct 
5- Perform appropriate purchasing and data input activities associated with the fulfillment of custom and miscellaneous orders. 
6- Coordinate and ensure availability and timely delivery of services and products. 
7- Prepare and maintain accurate sales, activity, and expense reports. 
8- Investigate new opportunities, markets and products. 
9- Assist with installation and various field tasks as needed. 
10- Maintain an insurable driving record. 
11- Review, understand, and adhere to policies and procedures. 
12- Perform; Other duties as assigned. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

1- Effective sales and customer service skills. 
2- Strong knowledge of accessories of building materials products and services. 
3- Excellent verbal and written communication and convincing skills. 
4- Able to accurately assess customer project and design needs and provide value-adding solutions. 
5- Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment. 
7- Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision. 
8- Highly organized and detail oriented. 
9- Demonstrates professionalism and personal responsibility in the performance of duties. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: 

1- Candidate must hold Diploma in Engineering field or BSc in an applicable field or the equivalent in relevant work experience. 
2- Strong computer proficiencies, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. 
3- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the same field of business. 
4- Having a valid driving license. 
5- Able to work under pressure and achieve monthly set up targets. 

SALARY AND REMUNERATION: 

Total package of BD 400, plus incentive upon target achievement. Annual bonus is part of the incentive program decided by the GM upon achievement result. 
Local transfer from Bahrain is preferable.
