Basic Qualifications

BA/BS in an engineering or relevant experience.

5+ years industry experience

2+ years managing large-scale enterprise or carrier hosted VoIP and/or video platforms.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, SIP, and RTP

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Expertise in many of the following technologies and protocols.

Proficient use of at least one modern language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Java)

Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues

The ability to think at scale and automate processes

Knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocols)
