Unified Communications Engineer in Dubai

Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot network, voice and video related issues
• Create and update documents related to voice and switching infrastructure.
• Work closely with users to solve their concerns
• Administer the voice, video and switching infrastructure of local and remote sites
• Analyse and recommend enhancement that can be made to the switching and voice/video platform
Skills & Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a VoIP Engineer.
• Candidate should process good communications skills essentially in English and Arabic verbal and written.
• Strong VoIP background. Must be able to administer Cisco’s VoIP portfolio including IP Telephony, Telepresence, Unified switches, ISR’s and ASR’s line of routers.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco IP Telephony and Telepresence Systems
• Strong networking background. Must be able to administer Cisco’s ISR, Catalyst and Nexus line of voice infrastructure
• Experience with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco hardware/software.
• Strong focus on end-user service and satisfaction
• CCNA Collaboration certified
