Retail Sales & Service Officers:
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to, greeting and welcoming customers to branch premises, execute customer request and transactions, ensure all transactions are done adhering to guidelines of the organization and AML compliance, handle customer enquiries, help the branch achieve the targets through good customer interactions, create awareness about the products and services, take extra initiatives to do marketing along with Marketing Executives.

Applicant should be presentable, possess good customer interaction skills, previous experience, telephone manners and computer knowledge.
