Job Responsibilities

We are an Estate Agency in Dubai looking for Sales Agents/Brokers. We are looking for motivated, positive and with strong sales and marketing experienced individuals who are interested in real estate to join our team for sale & leasing, residential & commercial in Dubai.

Salary: Commission Only (attractive)

Responsibility: 

As a team member you will be responsible for selling and leasing property.
- Generate new leads and listing of sales/lease properties
- Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers
- Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
- Negotiate and prepare contracts prior to the sale or lease of a residential property
- Attend property closings and ensure all contract terms are met by both parties
- Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
- Attend to inquiries from any walk in clients.
- Establish professional client and agency contacts through business networking
- Create and maintain client data base according to company policy
- Any other reasonable duties that may arise from time to time.
