Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Aluminum Estimator to join our team


Provide detailed estimates in a timely manner.

Work from architectural drawings and specifications, shop drawings or elevation take-offs

Follow up on estimates and provide feedback concerning market pricing levels

Provide consultation, coordination, and assistance to our customers, sales force and internal personnel

Experience using electronic estimating tools, including estimating software, on-screen take-off tools, and Excel spreadsheets 

Knowledge of aluminum glazing systems & their application 

Understanding of glass, composite metal panels, and other infill options as well as their applications 

Aluminum and Glass systems including Curtainwall, Storefront, Interior Glass Walls / Entrances, Art Glass and Interior Glazing projects, Doors, windows, skylights & canopies.

Read blue prints, do take-offs, compile pricing for bid packages, compile estimates for value engineering, solicit vendor pricing, etc. 

Good knowledge in excel and knowledge in orgadata is plus.
