Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will review shop drawings and project specifications, supervise construction teams in the execution of MEP works on site, coordinate the execution of works with other disciplines.

Responsibilities
• Review Shop Drawings & Specifications
• Supervise Foremen and execution teams in the MEP works on site
• Highlight technical problems to the technical team
• Prepare progress reports and site reports
• Coordinate the execution of works with others disciplines/contractors
• Prepare quantity take-offs for MEP works

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field 
• 4+ years' of experience in the construction industry in KSA/GCC
• Strong knowledge of execution of works in relevant disciplines.

Requirements
• Transferable Iqama 
• Good Communication Skills 
• Knowledge in MEP site works
• Experience in AUTOCAD (Revit is a plus)
• Relevant profession in Iqama
