Urgent Requirement for IT Help desk Engineer in Riyadh.
Requirements are:
1. 2 -5 years of experience in IT as IT Help desk Engineer.
2. Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT is preferred (not a must!)
3. Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets or phone.
4. Experience in :
All Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory maintenance and Exchange 2007 & 2010
PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
Client PC connectivity - ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN
5. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
6. Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
7. Transferable iqama is a must.
8 Candidate should be active, energetic, hard working and got the willingness to learn and develop himself.
