Job Responsibilities

Qualification:

Any nationality can apply.
A minimum of 7-12 years experience is required as a SENIOR ERECTION ENGINEER in an erection -build environment for Precast Concrete Villas.
Must have experience / knowledge on precast production to co-relate with erection activities.
Must be a Civil Engineering Degree ..
Can communicate well and coordinate both production and erection department.
Must be residing in Saudi Arabia or Saudi expat.
can join immediately.

Scope:

lead and execute with a team of supervors and Erection Engineer as per required nos. of erection activities -villas per day.
Communicate with Precast Erection Department Planners, managers,logistics regarding every day activities.
Coordination work with Site management Division regarding work handover to start of Precast Division-Erection department site starting work.
Coordination of work after completing Precast-Erection and handing over to Site Management for All balanced Site Construction Work.
Liaise with all precast division department to execute all need work to complete erection of concrete precast components of Villas

Salary is negotiable after final interview with Erection manager.

Contract Status: negotiable
Contract Duration : one year ( extendable after evaluation)
Tickets: round trip ticket every year
Medical insurance: provided by company.
iqama transfer: provided by Company.
vacation: 30 days
Probation period: 90 days.
