VALET SUPERVISOR
OVERVIEW
We are a leading Valet Parking Services located in Dubai who are currently looking for well-experienced Valet Supervisor.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Oversee valet parking drivers and other staff that perform valet services.
• Create and coordinate work schedules, assign posting positions, record guest phone calls and requests for valet service and train subordinates on venue features and services.
• Greeting of guests and intake of personal information.
• Daily reports of accounts receivable for shift.
• Responsible for daily collection of cash.
• Responsible for safety of guests, employees and vehicles.
• Managing workflow.
• Training new hires.
• Creating and managing team schedules.
• Reporting to HR and senior management.
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
• Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities.
• Helping to resolve employees issues and disputes.
• Maintain good communication with team and build positive working relationships.
• Acknowledge good work, be real, and be decisive.
• Delegate jobs to the right people.
• Manage conflict.
• Set a good example.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 2 years experience in valet parking or hospitality as Valet Supervisor in UAE.
• Able to read, write, communicate and understand Standard English Language.
• A positive attitude: a warm and welcoming nature goes a long way towards both clients and staff.
• Lead by example in attitude, work ethic and appearance.
• Available to work flexible full time hours including weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Age should be 25 to 35 years old
SALARY PACKAGE: AED 2,500.00 Per Month
ALL INCLUSIVE: Basic Salary, Accommodation Allowance, and Transportation Allowance
VISA STATUS
• Must be ON CANCELLED VISA/ON VISIT VISA with UAE experience as Valet Supervisor.
PREFERRED NATIONALITIES
• Asian & Other Nationalities.
