Job Responsibilities

This position will involve you in design residential properties include multi-unit residential buildings, villas, commercial buildings or renovations and remodels of existing properties. The work activities include and not limited to write and present design proposal and reports in line with the Client requirements in 2D and 3D plans, create building designs and highly detailed drawings using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications or hands in accordance with local municipality requirement in Bahrain. Specify the materials to be used for the project. Work closely with our professionals from structural engineer, building service engineer, appointed contractor, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists to deliver the design. Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
