Job Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a female teacher for our primary section. Masters degree and experience is required.
The teacher will be experienced and be willing to re-vamp the current system, to bring in new methods of assessment, monitoring and improvement for the class.
Plan, evaluate, and administer lessons.
Prepare, administer, and grade tests, listen to oral presentations, and maintain classroom discipline.
Introduce children to mathematics, language, science, and social studies.
Use games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills.
Use play and hands-on teaching.
Teach letter recognition, phonics, numbers, and awareness of nature and science.
Maintain grade books.
Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as needed. Appropriate certifications and experience as per MOE required.
Salary 1,300 - 1,700 Monthly (AED) Transport to/From school will be provided. Duty time is 7:30-2:00 pm for 5 days a week. The occasional Saturday duty may arise.
Exceptions may be made for experience and desire to teach.
