Job Purpose:
• Provide client aftercare services including the management of products/ medication, management of follow up visits and management of client's healthcare objectives
• Follow up on Client's insurance reimbursements
• Educate every client about the Client health portal and the Client health APP
• Manage Newsletter
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years' experience in a customer service related position
• Excellent English verbal and communication skills
• Computer literacy
