Alkhorayef water and power technologies is a highly reputable organization with several infrasturcture projects all over the Kingdom and is looking for a Planning Engineer based in its Riyadh Head Office. The positions offered are permanent with all benifits available as per the Saudi Labour law.

The ideal candidates shall have 3 to 4 years of planning experience with good understanding of Primavera p6 as following:

• Understands work scope, and familiarization with BOQ mapping and payment schemes preparation.
• Familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, procurement and construction disciplines.
• Set up the Work Breakdown Structure WBS (and EPS or OBS where appropriate).
• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure.
• Perform planning functions for preparing basic level Bid schedules and Master level Post award Project schedules.
• Develop the schedule, including resources and costs loading in terms of material, manpower and equipment resources.
• Set the baseline program for projects
• Create S-curves and resource histograms.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves).
• Perform critical path analysis and analyses deviations between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern.
• Perform weekly baseline updates on p6 and maintains Zero cost variance and clear schedule log
• Develop and update weekly/monthly Reports and managing presentations with dash board.
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly look-ahead schedule.
• Prepares recovery and mitigation plans and schedules.
• Prepares Project Invoicing.
• Familiar with manpower and equipment resources planning and forecasts.
• Familiar with Cost control and expenses monitoring to evaluate Budget deviations and Earned value for contractual BOQ items.
