Job Responsibilities

Nair Systems is currently looking for Payment Senior Analyst Developer for our Qatar operations with the following skill sets and terms & conditions.
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

•Minimum Master Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
•15+ years Overall Development Experience
•10+ years Overall project management Experience
•10+ years working in projects with Payment Schema such VISA/MasterCard

REQUIRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS

•Strong knowledge in PowerCard™ Module (Credit/Chargeback/Switch/ Key management etc..).
•Strong knowledge in VISA/MasterCard/NAPS certification and projects.

Good knowledge in Payment schema (VISA/MasterCard/AMEX /etc…) and having experience in supporting PowerCard™ and MPGS (MasterCard Gateway)
•Strong knowledge in POS « Terminal de Paiement Electronique » Protocole PPWM ISO8583

2.VERIFPHONE, ETC...
•Strong knowledge in ATM « NCR/WINCOR »
•Strong knowledge in HSM « Host Security Module »
•Strong knowledge in EMV issuing et acquisition
•Strong knowledge in Tokenization/De-Tokenization process.
•Strong knowledge in project planning tools.
•Advanced knowledge of database concepts and theory and software security
•Experience working with SQL, Sybase or Oracle Databases -table design, queries, stored procédures etc.
•Collaboration with stakeholders as a part of implementation of the mission-critical progressive web application that helped to develop clear, unambiguous technical requirements and establish consistent feed-back loop.

Role Summary

1.You will be primarily responsible for planning new implementation which will be in PowerCard, SMS system and Web Publisher.
2.You will be primarily responsible for the implementation, building and supporting development which will be in PowerCard™.
3.You will be primarily responsible for the implementation, building and supporting development which will be in SMS system.
4.You will be primarily responsible for the new implementation and supporting third party development which will be with MPGS (MasterCard Payment Gateway).
5.You will be primarily responsible for the new implementation and supporting development which will be in Merchant Portal (Web Publisher).
6.You will also be responsible for developing new web service that may communicate with other internal or external systems such as CORE BANK, SWIFT and QATCH
7.Works with the cross functional teams to coordinate all phases of product development and implementation in banking domain.
8.Expected to lead technical team of internal and external teams in completing assignments.
9.Incumbent will be required to partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the transition and the delivery of the relevant module
10.Strong understanding of C and Pro*C.
11.Strong understanding of Oracle product (SqlPlus, PL/SQL, forms, report and WebLogic)
12.Strong understanding of security standards in coding and development
13.Writing user manuals and developing technical specifications
14.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
15.Test and review code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
16.Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
17.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
18.Understand the client requirements and translate them into technical specifications
19.Collaborate with architects, developers, business representatives, product owners and vendor teams to deliver best product and app releases.
