Job Responsibilities

<p>Female accountant /office Asst /Coordinator <br />Female Graduate/Bcom/Mcom with minimum 2 year experience <br />Very good knowledge of maintaining accounts ledger, Payable and receivables<br />Expert in product sourcing, Sending RFQ locally and internationally <br />Highly talented person in price negotiation and issue of Purchase Order for local and <br />international suppliers and follow up for delivery <br />Expert in verification of all payables and receivables amount and maintain proper records <br />Expert in controlling and verification of all Invoices and settlement of local and International Purchases <br />Strictly monitor and control of all misc and other expenses <br />Very good in preparing employee salary sheet every month and settlements of salary <br />Maintain employee proper records and their vacations and settlement, leaves/holidays etc <br />Excellent knowledge of Tally or any other Accounting software <br />Strong communication and correspondence skill <br />Very good in Computer and MS office <br />Capable to manage all accounts and related work independently and efficiently <br />interested candidate Please apply with CV and recent picture, educational and other details immediately </p> <p>info@focusintlgroup.com </p> <p> </p>
