CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
Good communication skills required as you will work in International Voice Support
Basic Computer knowledge to trouble shoot desktop, laptop and blackberry related issues
Interest to work in technical support; answering L1 level support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web.
Flexible for 24x7 environment with shifts (5 days a week)
Note: For Fresher’s who are applying year of passing should be 2015 or 2016 only.
