Min. Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 2-3 years working experience in similar job profile
Job Responsibilities
prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements
prepare minutes of meetings
implement and maintain office systems
maintain schedules and calendars
arrange and confirm appointments
organize internal and external events
handle incoming mail and other material
prepare quotation, submittals, tender documents & follow-up
set up and maintain filing systems
communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
prepare presentations for sales team
liaison with internal and external contacts
